Kathleen Lentini died suddenly but peacefully on March 5th at Presbyterian Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Kathy (as she was known to her friends and family) was born in Philadelphia on August 27, 1960, to Lawrence and Adeline Lentini. Kathy strived to always live in the moment and live life to its fullest and she will be dearly missed by all who loved her. She is preceded in death by her husband Daniel Connell and her parents and brother Joe.
